Talk title: Photoelectrochemical Organic Conversion Coupled with H2 Production

Biography

Kan Zhang is currently a professor at the School of Materials Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Sungkyunkwan University, in 2015, then worked as a post-doctor at Yonsei University from 2015 to 2017, Republic of Korea. His research interests involve photoelectrochemical- and electrocatalysis-related energy conversion as well as the reaction mechanism of solid/liquid interface. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers with a total citation of over13000, was named in the highly cited researchers 2024 list by clarivate analytics, received “Excellent Young Scholars” of the National Science Fund.
