Biography

Sangwook Park is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University (SNU). He received his B.S. from Korea University in 2014, M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2016 and 2020, respectively. In Sangwook Park’s research group, thermal and energy engineering, and artificial intelligence (AI) are employed to tackle energy and environmental challenges and achieve carbon neutrality. 1) Clean hydrogen production and storage, 2) Greenhouse gas and waste upcycling, and 3) Artificial intelligence (AI) and computing-based energy system analysis are studied.
