Biography

Teng He pursued his PhD degree in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (DICP, ACS) from 2006 to 2012 under the supervision of Prof. Ping Chen and Prof. Tao Zhang. Then, He was promoted to be an associate professor and joined Prof. Chen’s group in DICP. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in USA, focusing on liquid materials for hydrogen storage. He became a professor in 2020. He is now a Committee member of Hydrogen TCP in International Energy Agency (IEA). His research interests cover synthesis and characterization of novel hydrogen storage materials and catalysts. Prof. HE has published more than 100 papers with citations higher than 7000 and H index of 40. As Principle Investigator, He has led 17 projects funded by NSFC (China), MOST (China), CAS (China) etc., including 3 international bilateral projects.
