Biography

Dr. Yubo Chen is a “Hundred Talents Program” Professor at Zhejiang University (College of Energy Engineering & Hydrogen Energy Institute). From 2015 to 2023, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, before joining Zhejiang. His research focuses on electrocatalysts and electrolyzers for renewable hydrogen production. He has published over 90 papers in journals including Nature Sustainability, Nature Communications and Science Advances, with 12,000+ citations and an h-index of 55. He is a recipient of the National Overseas Talent Introduction Program and a Stanford-Elsevier Top 2% Scientist.
