Biography
Dr. Zehua Pan is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Science, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). He serves as deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Key Components of Solid Oxide Cells, member of the Rare Earth Energy Materials Committee of the Chinese Society of Rare Earths, and member of the Surface Science and Engineering Committee of the Guangdong Society of Materials Research. Dr. Pan received his Bachelor’s degree (2013) from Tianjin University and his Ph.D. (2018) from Nanyang Technological University, and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University and Colorado School of Mines. Dr. Pan’s research focused on material development, novel fabrication techniques and coupled heat and mass transport optimization for solid oxide cell (SOC) technology in applications such as power generation using H2-contained fuel and electrochemical CO2 utilization. He has now published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in well-reputed journals, and serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for Research (SCI-indexed) and J. Mater. Inf. (ESCI-indexed).
